Points to note:

• Collection/Delivery is best done 2-3 hours prior to event.
• Avoid leaving balloons under high temperature(eg. leaving balloons in cars/carboot with no aircon)/direct exposure under sun, friction, force and near sharp edges/objects.
• Adult Supervision is required as defected balloons can be a choking hazard.
• Discard any broken/burst balloons immediately.
